MyCHN pediatric providers care for children from birth through adolescence (age 0-18). Our team supports your child’s health at every stage, from newborn visits and early childhood development to school-age checkups and teenage wellness care. 

Yes! MyCHN provides care for newborns and infants, including newborn exams, growth monitoring, immunizations, feeding support, and developmental screenings. We help parents navigate their baby’s first months with guidance and ongoing pediatric care.  

Your child should have their first pediatric visit 2-5 days after birth, usually within the first few days after leaving the hospital. Regular well-child visits are recommended throughout infancy and childhood to monitor growth, development, and overall health. 

You can request your child’s medical records from their provider and have them sent to MyCHN. Our team can also assist you with the records transfer process. Submit any forms needed by logging into your patient portal or by visiting https://mychn.org/forms/  

Please bring your child’s insurance card (if applicable), immunization records, a list of current medications, and any relevant medical history. If your child was seen by another provider, bringing previous records can help ensure continuity of care.

Yes. Pediatric visits usually include physical exams and age-appropriate developmental screenings to ensure your child is meeting important milestones. 

MyCHN provides evaluation and treatment options for ADHD, which may include behavioral health support and medication management when appropriate. ABA services may be available at select locations. Please contact your clinic for specific service availability.
